Terms of Service
Plain-language terms covering how we scope, invoice, deliver and hand over work.

Scope of work
Every engagement is governed by a written proposal listing pages, features, timelines and price. Anything not listed in that proposal is out of scope and quoted separately before work begins.
Payment terms
Projects are invoiced 50% on signature and 50% on launch approval, unless the proposal states a different schedule. Invoices are payable within fourteen days.
Revisions
Revision rounds are defined per package. Feedback within the agreed rounds is included; structural changes after design sign-off are treated as new scope.
Ownership
On final payment you own the design, the content and all custom code written for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Timelines
Delivery dates assume feedback and content are supplied within the agreed windows. Delays in client input shift the schedule by the equivalent time.
Liability
Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
